03Pricing
The organisation pays £15 / month to stay on the platform. Working on a live specification uses a £195 project credit. Quiet months stay cheap; busy months follow the work.
Organisation fee
£15/ month
Fixed fee for the organisation. 5 seats included. Does not include project work.
Project credit
£195/ project
Spend a project credit when the organisation starts a live specification.
Compare with your NBS Chorus quote
NBS Chorus will not tell you the price until they quote you. Put in what they asked — or leave our estimate and change the seats.
Fee proposal tip: include Oruma within your project-specific software / specification production allowance when agreeing your architectural fee. Because the main cost is linked to a specific project, it can sit in the fee proposal rather than as a general annual overhead.
Your NBS Chorus figure
£2,500
Scales with seats. Edit the figure if your NBS Chorus quote is different.
Cost to the practice
£180
£15/ month — a full year on the platform if the spec fee sits in the client's project allowance.
Oruma is £2,320 less — about 7% of your NBS Chorus figure.
04Refer a practice
Oruma is being built for a close-knit community of small architectural practices. Introduce three other studios and your project charges are covered for a full year.
